Most goods are shipped with tracking to standard addresses throughout Australia. Once your order has been packed, we will provide a tracking number via the email address received.
For goods that are made or completed in Australia, we ship them either via parcel post or small letter. They should arrive within 5-7 working days to most Australian addresses. Remote locations can take longer.
Most other goods, postage is via ePacket via EMS. Please allow 3-5 days for packing and handling and 15-20 days for postage to Australia. Sometimes goods will arrive faster than this time.

Please bear in mind it sometimes it takes time for the websites to update their tracking results, especially as the package leaves the destination country and enters Australia.
To keep costs low, we do not normally exchange or provide refunds because a customer changes their mind.
However, if you do not receive the goods within 65 days of your order, we will refund the purchase price.
